About the Restored Empire

The Restored Empire is a constitutional monarchy comprised of the Throne, the Moff Council, and the Order of Imperial Knights. Each of these branches work in concert to restore the ultimate ideas of the New Order as established in our founding documents. Whether serving in the Restored Imperial Military, Government, Ministry of Industry, Commission for the Restoration of the Empire, or enjoying stability as a citizen, your membership in the Restored Empire is a testament of your dedication to establish lasting prosperity across the galaxy.

Each citizen of the Restored Empire is afforded the following basic rights under our Constitution:

• The right to live and seek employment within Imperial territory;
• The right to maintain property and assets within Imperial territory;
• The right to seek enlistment to meaningfully support the Restored Empire;
• The right to non-discrimination based on species or planet of origin;
• The right to petition the Restored Empire for the redress of greivances and the right to appeal;
• The right to lawful self-defense;
• The right to a swift and speedy trial;
• The right to examine evidence brought against them; and
• The right of clemency and asylum upon initial acceptance into the Restored Empire.
