Breaking the Galactic Chains! This is the Rogue Frequency, your source for untold stories.

In the dim recesses of the galactic underworld, where secrets intertwine with shadows, a seismic event has shaken the clandestine landscape. Corvo Skarn, a figure of considerable renown in smuggling circles, has found himself ensnared in the inexorable grasp of the Son-Tuul Pride, a bandit presence in the Morobe sector's criminal echelons.

Bork Shalas, the Khagan of the bandit warlords, orchestrated the capture of Skarn after a protracted and harrowing battle that left no doubt as to the Pride's shadowy dominance in the sector. Locked within the confines of a Son-Tuul space prison, Skarn now behind blast doors, guarded by the elite sentinels of the Pride is believed to be being visited by the Dragon Head (Crime Lord) Ximaro Jix, the Crime Lord of Zann Consortium himself, which has many wondering what it is Corvo is revealing in hopes to secure his own safety.

Bork and Corvo Fight

Skarn's capture reverberates across the underworld, sending shockwaves through the clandestine networks that once relied upon his shrewd machinations. A prominent broker of intelligence, Skarn's influence extended far beyond the realm of smuggling, intertwining with the affairs of numerous organizations embroiled in the shadowy conflicts that define the galaxy's underbelly.

“Know that Corvo won't be the last, but he is now the first of many to come, as Son Tuul Pride unites the bandit clans around the galaxy to pursue all those who have grown comfortable in their selfishness. So, while the pirates of the galaxy plunder your poorly guarded systems and lazy corporations, Zann Consortium descends from the shadows striking when you are unprepared, Son Tuul shall remind you we are at the front of this war on your civilized galaxy” Khagan Bork Shalas firmly stated.

This development comes on the heels of the creation of the “Predators Guild” bounty hunting alliance formed by Son-Tuul Pride, Hutt Cartel, Ragnar Syndicate and Zann Consortium. The alliance specializes in capturing only the most elusive individuals, which many in the public like the self-appointed police “Guardians of Kiffu” complain are just criminals preying on other lawbreakers and businesses to gain an increased foot hold in their own lawless politics to expand influence. While other critics point out that the profession of bounty hunting has always been marred by questionable individuals who walk a razor's edge between good and evil.

According to Shalas the creation of the guild has allowed Bork the autonomy as Daimyo of Son-Tuul Pride, to escalate their operations in a different direction. One that has already seen an increase in banditry and allowing for captures around the galaxy. The targets range from various corporations and governments like the Confederacy of Independent Systems to individuals like the Corvo Skarn.

“The formation of such organizations like the Bounty Hunters Guild and the loosely affiliated galactic Bounty Hunter Collective is to ensure that the profession remains regulated and the profession that has strict guidelines to maintain. However, outliers like the underworld syndicates of the galaxy, do not follow that same code, so when you’re hiring them, you really don’t know what to expect as most of these organizations and individuals follow their own ethos if they have one making them unpredictable and dangerous.” Said, Noah Hatfield in a statement warning against the Predators Guild.

As he languishes in captivity, the silence that descends upon Skarn’s once-vibrant network serves as a stark reminder of the perilous dance of shadows in which he once thrived and that whenever individuals believe themselves to be safe, the monsters are still out there.
