- Fixes for several actions that did not block combat: Prospecting, Asteroid Prospecting, City Creation, Field Repair, Lock Installing and Lock Breaking. These actions now block combat.
- Fix permission check when moving items through doors.
- Faction dissolution and module inactivity events will now also be sent as DMs.
