The Celestial Technology group can trace its origin to Celestial Transportation, formed out of Dewback And Danyon Enterprises following the tragic and mysterious disappearance of Boog Danyon. CT was founded on a paltry fleet of light freighters and operated as a discrete transportation charter group since at least Y16, undertaking a serious effort for expansion circa Y21. 

Y22 D106 One Nation Under Jou and CT negotiate an agreement for CT to operate certain mining interests in Morobe, birthing Celestial Heavy-Tech (CHT). 

Y22 D137 CHT forms a production offshoot under the inagural leadership of Wes Dewback: Celestial Trans-Tech.

Following the end of the Morobe agreement CHT is dissolved and absorbed by Trans-Tech reuniting in to a singular organization approximately D97 of Y25.
